The My Little Pony: The Movie trailer is at IMDB right now. Go watch it already!
Anyway, my thoughts:
> I like the new animation style. It's very fluid, and I also like the new styles for the Mane 6 and Spike. Cute with chubby cheeks.
> Checking off some notable secondary characters: Trixie, Bulk Biceps, Harry the Bear, Tree Hugger and Party Favor with a funny bit about "Brian."
> Notably missing are Celestia and Luna. What the heck, a mysterious black-magic oozing airship lands in the middle of Canterlot, and you're AWOL?
> For all we know about the villains, we're seeing a whole lot of Tempest Shadow, but not much of The Storm King. I thought he was supposed to be the big baddie.
> Does anyone else think Spike sounded different, at least until he turned into a puffer fish?
> I also saw the new poster today, and it's ironic that of all the actors' names listed in big letters, not one of them is from the Mane 6 (or Cathy Weseluck, for that matter).
