So, in Episode 20, Silver's mom mentioned making nachos for dinner, and I thought it'd be neat to give my readers the recipe for said nachos!
Ingredients:
1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
1 Can of Refried Beans
1 4-Cup Bag of Colby Jack cheese
Optional:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning

First, preheat your oven to 350oF.
Next, get a baking pan, and cover it with parchment paper (it's nonstick!). Cover the pan with tortilla chips, then open the refried beans and put small scoops of it all over the chips until the can is empty or you've run out of room. After that, cover the whole thing with the colby jack cheese.
After you've done this, put the pan into the oven and watch it until the cheese melts. When all the cheese has melted, remove the nachos from the oven and serve with your favorite salsa.
If that's not quite filling enough, you can add taco meat with it. Just brown the pound of ground beef, drain the fat, add the taco seasoning, and then you can scoop the meat onto your plate of nachos, topping it with your favorite salsa so every scoop is delicious and meaty.
