Hey everyone. It's me, Evo. I just wanted to let you all know I haven't given up on The Greatest Treasure. I'm starting to get back into the groove of writing, so while I'll be primarily focused on my Shimmerverse stories, I'll do my best to try and get something out sometime this summer. I don't want to abandon this story, just... I'm unsure if I'm doing a good job of it. Maybe it's just my own nerves. I do enjoy writing this story. I'd just like your opinion on it. Do you like it and what aspects do you like or what can I improve as I go forward and what you'd like to see. Feedback would be appreciated as I really do want to continue.

The strength of the story is the back and forth between Princess Celestia and Smaug. I feel that you got a bit bogged down with the Lake-town party/fight.
Honestly? If it werent for the stockholm syndrome, this would be the best shipfic I have ever read, and the stockholm syndrome is hilarious. I can't wait for more!
If you're back in your groove, I'd encourage continuing it. Most of it interesting thus far, and I oddly appreciate how you morph Tolkien's work into your own story.
I love the story the characters personalities are spot-on the story is amazing so far and I literally can't wait for more chapters not trying to be rude but if you abandon this story let's just say the perfect example of my actions is from the book misery I'm just kidding man love your stories but seriously finish the story please
Of course you're doing great so far, even if I feel that characters are little bit ooc I still find them likable and fun I can't wait to see the baby though as well as the way the story will be resolved in the end. Still. Good job and good luck.
I can't really think of anything bad about your story at its current state. If anything a bit slow but that is not your problem if anything I think it is my problem with having a too big of an imagination as this is one story that really makes me excited for what's going to happen next. For example, how is smaug and the dwarves konflict gonna play out when they arrive, what's going to happen when luna and starlight arrive, what is the baby gonna look like, how is she (calling it here that its a she) going to be raised.I have even imagine that when she grows up shes going to join frodo in the adventure of the lord of the rings and I am not sure that can even happen now from what have happen in this story but the idea is still there. To sum things up, great story, having too big imagination that makes me too excited which make me think its slow. (dont take that I think its slow to seriously. This is mostly to show how invested I am in your story.)
It's a fun story, you can tell from all the comments. If you are looking for ways to improve it I recommend focusing a bit tighter on Celestia and Smaug, their unlikely relationship is the core of the piece. And I'm saying that even though I love the redemption of the Master.
If you you just getting back to the groove of it I suggest rereading the chapters and writing drafts for fun for a while. I think the fanfic is fine just a bit slow but the comdey is really good.
I myself have really enjoyed the story so far, it's definitely one of my favourite stories on this website!
I enjoy this story alot. It is in fact the best romance story on this site in my opinion.
I have enjoyed the story thus far and it has not deviated from character no matter what character we are talking about. Nothing has yet urked me to complain about the plot thus far, so keep on going with the groove manns.
