Yeah, but 1) tungsten is hard to get in any real quantity, and 2) most adventurers don't have access to the volcano that would be required to do anything significant to the chunk of iron. Plus, if you exist as a souless undead abomination for long enough, you can redefine what the term "destroy" means, thereby making yourself truly immortal.
