I think it was in the short "Pardon My Scotch" where Larry and Curly were sawing a board on a table Moe was standing on. Moe turned around, and of course the table fell apart, giving Moe a concussion some broken ribs. Like a trooper, he stood up and delivered a double-slap to his compatriots. There's a brief camera cut right after the slap because Moe went to the hospital.

And in Three Little Pigskins where the boys had to get stunt doubles in a scene where they were tackled by professional football players. The stunt doubles suffered some decent injuries.
