i almost died 15 minutes ago

Was eating dinner, took a bite of husband's steak. It got stuck... Husband did heimlich.

Was scared
not able to breath
dizzy
legs shaking

"i'm not going to let you go."

"I'm not going anywhere."

Continues heimlich..

sirens getting louder...

"i'm not going to let you go..."

"i'm not going anywhere."

mom is crying pleading with 911 to hurry unable to help

dogs barking paramedics not coming in....

husband letting go to open the door standing gasping for air...

breathing getting easier able to breath through nose

paramedics telling me "husband saved your life."

"i would have died?"

"yes."

Yeah i actually have a psychological disorder about this, anytime i chew and or eat anything i take like twenty minutes to eat, becasue i take small bites, cut everything up and take my time cause i have a crippling fear of choking and or being unable to breathe...it's also one of the reasons drowning is my biggest fear/worst death imaginable.

I had to take sleeping pills once for a week becasue i couldn't get to sleep for fear i might stop breathing in my sleep without knowing it.

Glad someone was there to save you when you needed it.
