Reference city... I just killed a bad guy!

I'd be surprised if nopony leveled up from all the references I posted in my story... unless different people found each one. Four Star Points for each reference in cheeapter 2 (not written yet) found, plus one more for saying where exactly it's from. (Example: 4 points for saying a Stuffwell quote was from Partners in Time, but 5 if you say Stuffwell said it) You need 100 to level up... enjoy. (I'll do something special for each individual person who levels up when it happens) The next cheeapter has a bunch of them and it's not even done yet.
