Hey, guys! As this is my sixth FMF, I want to remind you that I am taking submissions for these things. Just drop me a PM if you feel so inclined.
The past five or six days have been a crazy roller coaster of emotions that I've had the unfortunate experience of riding. Hence the delayed posts. Of course, I've had my music to help get me through it all. So, what have I been listening to?
This week, I've been trying to set to memory a series of songs I came across last week: the soundtrack for the "Count of Monte Cristo" musical release. Technically not in the fandom, but Ink Potts did a series of animatics that have far more views than the original songs. So it counts, darnit! (I mean, Children of the Night is practically synonymous with Hocus Pocus at this point, right? Same deal here.) Anyways, here's the official release playlist alongside Ink Potts's playlist of animatics. Seriously, these things are masterpieces. The songs are professionally done, and the animatics are absolutely amazing. Go check them out.

I like almost all the songs, but I'm rather biased towards the ones Ink Potts has drawn art for. I particularly like "I Will Be There" with its hopeful tones, and "Hell to Your Doorstep," which is easily the most vengeful song Ink Potts has drawn animatics for. These two in particular have gotten me through my episode of anxiety/depression/generally melancholy feelings. (I've never been actually diagnosed for depression, so I'm hesitant to call it that.) But yeah. My music came through for me and I'm on the up-and-up. This fandom never fails to disappoint.
