Update THINGY!

I know that in my last post I said the next chapter would be out by today or tomorrow, but I, um, didn't take into account the amount of research that I have been, and have to, be doing for the next chapter to make sense in terminology, mechanistically, and scientifically. Who knew that nuclear physics, reactor design, and overall technicalities could be so confusing? So the next chapter should be out by Tuesday at the latest, and I am extremely sorry about this chapter taking so long, and thank you wonderful people for not complaining about having a chapter overdue and being so patient with me.
