Help me decide my next fic? · 10:41pm Dec 16th, 2016

So, I'm in a bit of a Pokémon hype (Not surprising, since Sun/Moon came out, second generation is being added to GO, and I've been reading Ashes of the Past on Fanfiction.net), and I want to write a Pokémon crossover "parallel" to my fic Guardians of the Aura.

The problem is, I have two ideas for that and I can't decide which one is better.

-> The first is a complete Alternative Universe: the classic Pokémon-version of Equestria, where Equestria is a region where most of the Pokémon of other regions (except for the Alolan Forms, Legendaries and a few others) also live. The mane six plus two more would be the Gym leaders, the Royal Family (Celestia, Luna, Cadance and Shining Armor) would be the Elite Four, and Moon Dancer would be the Professor.
In this version Fairy and Spike would start their journey in this region, capture pokemon, and try to beat each other at the League's finals. The other Guardians (Eclipse, Soul, Sapphyra, Dolph, Scarlett and Viper) would be friends they'd meet along the way, but wouldn't join the team.

-> The second is more of a side-fic: a mix of Sword Art Online and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon where the Guardians would buy a console that puts them into the game and they'd turn into a pokemon of their choice -- no legendaries, and they'd start with the first evolution. (Fairy would need to be an Eevee before turning into an Espeon, for example)
Here there'd be a global ranking, their objective is being on the top 20 and beat the hardest dungeon of the game.

I think those two ideas are great, but I can't really decide which one is the better. Would you guys help me? Which one you'd rather read?

I'll see the results next saturday, when I'll decide which one I'll write.
