Scary has evolved into Father Scary!
4288414 Scary the Spider is from one of Puss' great stories, 'Bon Bon's Acceptance.' Long story short, Bon Bon has a serious fear of spiders. But Scary somehow ends up advising her on her actions concerning a human that Lyra's in love with and is trying to form a herd with.
In any case, Scary is a VERY wise spider. Kinda reminds me more of a Buddhist instead of Christian. But that's just me. Still a cool picture.
