So, I am pretty sure that with my new fic "Discord in Bloom" I have created a whole new ship that to my knowledge hadn't been attempted before.
I shall call it:
DiscoBLoom!
Seriously though, when I published the story I thought that people were going to hate it. So when I started getting people commenting saying "good job!" and having almost 20 favorites in under 24 hours, I got really happy.
Maybe it's just my ego, but I really get the warm fuzzies when people tell me that my stories don't suck.
I am going to try to work on Ch 8 of TINNUTS some more tomorrow and hopefully get over my little writers block.
Also, if any of you are artists and want to draw me some cover art, I would be much obliged. I can't promise you anything other than a high five and telling everyone that you are awesome, but who knows. Maybe someone will feel like doing some charitable art.
In other news, I can't freaking wait until the fall gets here. Normally I don't complain about a little Texas heat, but the humidity down here is killing me. Up north in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area its nice and dry, and I have no problem with that. I can handle the 105 degree heat no problem so long as it's not humid.
Ugh, only another 2 months until it starts really cooling down. I can't wait.

Also, I am super stoked about the Texas A&M vs. Florida Football game on Saturday. I am not even really into American Football, and I am getting excited. First big SEC game and everything for the next 2 days being broadcast on ABC and ESPN is making everyone around here a little nuts.
