I'm just a writer. And stuff. I'll write a more interesting bio if people ask c: I do art as well and I like it when people visit my deviantART for just this purpose.

Just for anyone who really likes these stories...

... Sorry that I haven't written anything in goodness knows how long :ajsleepy: It's sort of a double-edged sword, really. Basically for me, despite having hundreds of functional ideas, my actual inspiration in life is normally expressed through visual art and not writing. Writing is... I'm one of those people who writes to escape thinking about other things, basically. It's my way of sort

    Should I "sell out"?

I'm considering being a naughty little turnip and garnering some attention the easy peasy way. You know, the way that will get all sorts of eyes to come my way that will forever look forward to more of my work in the future.

I of course refer to... a random one-shot story with a humorous hook.

    I've come to realize

Slice of life is about the only thing I can write properly that does not involve complete devotion of the heart.

I guess this is okay, but nobody's ever going to hail me as a master writer if all I do is little everyday things, ahaha... The most epic or gripping of tales do not center around the everyday life of Ponies, after all.

    Oh well~

Something I love about this site

The Featured panel/slider/noun, is so awesome. The sheer number of stories I've seen up there that I enjoyed the life out of is in the dozens. Out of over 1,800,000 words, there was only one story I read that I downvoted, I think... and one other story I simply chose not to vote on at all. The other large bunch were all really good, and if it wasn't for the Featured thing, I'm pretty sure

    Whyyyy

How come when I feel like I write something large and fulfilling, it ends up having such a small word count? ;_; You're so mean to me, writing D: *sobs profusely*

Should I "sell out"? · 6:42am Sep 6th, 2012

I'm considering being a naughty little turnip and garnering some attention the easy peasy way. You know, the way that will get all sorts of eyes to come my way that will forever look forward to more of my work in the future.

I of course refer to... a random one-shot story with a humorous hook.

Should I? That's ultimately up to me, of course. Is there a good reason to? I want people to read my other works. Is that a good enough reason? ... Only if I actually keep updating said works in the first place. Considering that most of my time goes into art right now and I've only been writing when my heart's into it, it probably wouldn't help me very much if fifty new people came and read stories that are hardly even started in the first place. There isn't much point to that, right? :ajsleepy: However, if I do end up getting my writing hooves back, I may very probably dip them into the dark side a little and write something short and cute that will assault the feature box as soon as it emerges from my computer.

Until then, uhm... I'd better keep writing the stories I've got :yay:

This has been your random thought of the day.
