Totally an Update With Stories and Songs an' Stuff

Seeing as its been 11 days, two hours, and an odd number of minutes since my last blog post I thought I may as well get this out of my head.

Violets are blue.
Roses are red.
And my Stories?
They're not dead.

Not a perfect rhyme I know but really what did you expect? Besides that, yes stories are being worked on kinda... sometimes. When I can. Okay I'll just blame writers block... and staring at a computer screen for 9-12 hours a day. Now that I think about it, those 9-12 hours are probably not conducive to that gelatinous muscle in my head that thinks it's a brain. Or my sorry excuses for eyes. But yeah enough rambling.

I am working on stories, mainly:

As Time Flew By

Letters from a Princess to a Dragon Lord

And I'm editing/re-making/adding/messing around with:

Culminations of Actions Past ( Because that needs smoothing out, re-organizing and some other tweaks.

Arena of Justice ( I do regret killing [Redacted].)

Then there is a large one-shot/short (not sure which) that I'm working on and it won't leave my head alone. Oh. And I printed out all fifty pages of story related material for those six stories. And I'm going over all of it by hand. With pencil because I find that it helps/works. Either way, I might get something presentable together by memorial day or the day after. No Pinkie Promises. Sorry.

Then there's some songs/pieces that I found interesting.

First there's this one,

I don't know why but it gave me a vibe that Sunset Shimmer would be an okay fit for those lyrics/situations in an AU or something. Also I call dibs on making a MLP story based off the song.

Oh. And there's the second song that I'm partial to;

I picture that it's more Chrysalis' song. Or Candance's song cause you know... The Crystal Empire, King Sombra. I think that it could fit either one really. I mean, Initially I thought it would fit Sunset but then I remembered, that fact that Equestria uses Princesses not Queens, ergo AU's. Also, I call dibs on making a MLP story inspired off of the lyrics of the song.

However, I've never read any of the books from the Heralds of Valdemar. I should but there are so many and I want to read them all but I know I'll go binge reading like I did with the Game of Thrones series. I finished the GoT in either a week or week and a half or some where in between. Suffice to say, in the three years of High school I read 672 books from the school library. And I don't know how many personal books I read let alone Fanfiction stuff or Public Library books.

Now that that's over, I think that it would be wise to tell whomever reads this that if you read all of this, congrats. You are the Resistance.
