As the title suggests: Sorry for the delay on the next part of "Bad Dude".
After leaving things off on a mild cliffhanger, I have been trying to start the "Quest For The Crown" section with few results. After writing around 1k today, I found out it just wasn't clicking. I know what characters are involved. I know what needs to happen and how it ends. But it just doesn't feel "good" yet.
So far, I've absolutely loved the world of "Bad Dude" and would hate to push out something that doesn't feel up to the rest of the story thus far. Perhaps that's why I've been releasing so many one-shots lately. You get a single idea and BANG! out it goes.
I'm very Canadian and like to update often so just thought I'd give you a quick update on what's happening. Hopefully, things will click soon and we'll get back on track. I told my old editor how the second arc of "Bad Dude" ends and he thought it was both interesting yet shocking.
Can't wait until we get there.

Dude, take your time! I won't rush you, it's not like I've been desperately waiting, letting it consume my thoughts, checking every fifteen minutes, reading other chapters to hold me off.

I knew you were up here in Canada, so for about a split-second before I read further I was worried you might have been caught up in the wildfire, but good to hear otherwise.
