All right. I'm pretty sure I know why you clicked on this blog post. "Face reveal?" you ask yourself. "Naturalbornderpy? But... isn't he nothing more than an angry dark unicorn constantly staring back at us?"
Afraid not. He is actually... a white guy with glasses! 
This was literally the first image to pop up when searching "white guy with glasses".
"That's impossible!" I hear you yell at the computer screen. "He's the exact same as 95 percent of users on this site? Sir, I refuse to believe that. Good day, sir. I said good day!"
How clever of you. You saw right through my ruse. Or should I say... the real Natural Born Derpy's ruse!
How horrifying! How unnerving to the core! There's a legend that behind those criss-crossed eyes are stories. And behind those stories are far darker ones. And behind even those stories are crappy, half-baked tales the author secretly hopes you completely forgot about!
Jokes aside, thanks for all the follows. 2000 is a big number; especially after the hit and miss year I've been having. Remember when I randomly left for four months and you all agreed to do the same? You did all leave, right? You weren't just saying that. Right? Solidarity and brotherhood and all that crap?
Here's some goals I'd like to try:
1. Do a collaboration.
Even after all this time, I've never done a story with another person. I might be too clingy with the material. Or... I might just be a terrible person to work with. Who knows. I haven't even had an editor in like two years.
2. Write a romance.
Not comedy romance, but more slice-of-life romance with real dramatic themes. The idea I have now revolves around Discord, Twilight, and Discord. It'll make more sense once you read the story.
3. More dark/mystery stuff.
I like dark stories. Let's be clear on that. But when RL is somewhat dark, you don't always feel like staying dark. Regardless, I've been brainstorming a "Twilight Zone" style story involving Twilight locked inside her castle and a ghost-mystery involving the CMCs. NOT comedy. Think "The Lovely Bones". NOT the film.
4. An actual end to "King Sombra Wants Back Inside His Empire" or whatever the title is.
Yep. I had started writing the last chapter before disappearing. It's still on this computer. Somewhere.
5. Write a choose-your-own adventure story.
I want to do one involving Discord and the only known human in Equestria. Discord wants to be your friend, but you don't want that. As weird as possible. Think "What's in the Box?" but more bizarre.
6. Finally finish my very first clop story that's been in the works for four years now. Here's a sneak peak.
King Sombra entered the throne room, only to find King Sombra already seated on his throne. Just then, a third King Sombra appeared in a rush of black smoke. "Now what do we do?" asked the first King Sombra with a smirk.
And so the very next day the Crystal Empire held its first official ruler vote.
And somewhere far in the distance two ponies had unrelated sex.
It's like poetry. It rhymes.
Confession time:
1. I still haven't seen the MLP movie.
2. I still haven't seen a single season 8 episode. I have no idea who this "Cozy Glow" is. Or why she should date "Bad Dude".
3. I tried edibles for the first time last night. I haven't smoked in ten years. I watched the first half of "Pineapple Express" without noticing the sound was off. Now I know what clouds feel like.

Now that you made me realize it, I could see Cozy Glow as a female version of Bad Dude, albeit a much Badder Duddette.
1) the mlp movie is amazing, you should totally watch it.
2) season 8 is less awesome than the movie but totally worth a watch, in addition to cozy glow there's also the student 6 and a few other new characters, which brings a ton of new (fan fic) story opportunities; there's new lore, new settings, and a ton of stuff brought back from previous seasons. also, i think it has more of a season long plot than any other season.
3) drugs are bad 😡
4975630 I always eventually watch the latest season. Usually in a very short amount of time. I'm still not sure why I put off, because I've honestly never been disappointed by a MLP season. The movie? When it hits Netflix (it might already be on there, idk) I'll check it out. Thus far I've had two people say it's good and one say it's bad. Good odds.

Also season 8 is great, really recommend you watch it. Foreshadowing in kids' shows are hard...

Cozy Glow/ Bad Dude? It would be funny if Cozy somehow mistakes Bad Dude as an even greater villain and falls for him.
Even if you skip season 8 (which is pretty good), watch the new Christmas/ Hearthswarming episode, it's awesome, and has Discord and Derpy in it.
Movie's awesome, season 8's an abomination with the exception of maybe two episodes, I have no opinion on drugs.
