Almost a year of wrangling this thing, and I'm finally at the point where I've started posting Eclipse Phase: Dreamcatcher. It's been a long, slow process that's involved a lot of pain, especially when my editors saw things that didn't need to exist. I think it's finally there, though.
Chapter 1 just needs one more pass of editing before I'm ready to shove it on here, with several more chapters to follow. I expect about one a month, but I'll try to be a little faster than that.
Just to give an idea of what's in the pipeline, I have over 50,000 words right now. They're not all the right words, and there's some places in there where I need a few more, but that means there's definitely more coming. Also, Chapter 1 is at more than twice the length of the prologue.
Now all I can do is post it and see what happens.
