Let me preface this by saying: no, this isn't an April Fool's joke. This is serious.
Those of you who've read the latest Rumble story may have heard that I projected the sequel to be up this week. I'm sorry to say, I'm punching it up another week or two. The conflict with Rumble has gone through several iterations now, and it's still looking messy. Besides that, I haven't even started on the cover art yet. It's issues like this that make me wait until everything is finished before publishing. Can't be helped now, suppose.
It's nothing major that caused the delay, just some random bouts of procrastination and getting stuff in order, videogames, you know how it goes.
The second thing, and I'm a lot more ashamed about this, is the tutorial. I was planning to make a Synfig/Inkscape tutorial this month, and I haven't even gotten around to doing the first recording. So that'll be an April goal.
As for my last resolutions of the new year, besides getting back in shape (which is a horse of a wholly different colour), the getting a job part... still no change. Starting to wonder if it's a lost cause at this point. But we'll see.
I'll try to re-write the problem scene some more tonight, get my head back on straight first. And I'll keep y'all posted on the tutorial thing. I'm also back to mostly avoiding new stories, so hopefully I can catch up with my Read Later list again. Might do a compromise and only binge halfway through the Season, rather than waiting 'till it's all over. But that's neither here nor there.
