I hate to break it it you but Wayne isn't a state. This sounds like a scam.
I never went to Wayne State, no. Back when I was still in school, though, they were in our conference for college hockey. I distinctly remember one game against them where a two minute minor was charged to the crowd (but served by a player on the ice, obviously) after the student section spent much of the second period chanting "Brown likes anal" at their goalie.

I thought about it but I didn't have the brains for it so I went for an apprenticeship in HVACR instead. My sister goes there though she says its pretty good. It's also really nice since I'm only a half hour away.

Most likely this is a social blog, i.e., Wanderer D, having mentioned he has to deal with finals week is in college. Therefore, it's not a huge step of logic to assume that he's going there now. Why is he asking? Your guess is as good as mine: Friends? Comments? Help on schoolwork? Etc.
