Q&A #1 Discussion · 1:43am Mar 19th, 2016
So, after yesterday's rather short session, I've got the news here to talk about for those who missed!
First off, there is a chance I may completely rewrite Under the Moonlight. Why? Going back and reading, I find that the chapters have no pzazz to them whatsoever word-wise. If I do a rewrite, not only will I feel better about the story but hopefully it will be better for you guys as well!
Secondly, how about that new chapter of Millennia? Chapter 36, now the longest chapter in the whole story, has proven itself to be a big success with the ending that was brought with it. I believe I pulled the final scene off pretty well. Although I believe it could have been done better, it was a major success within the story and I'm relieved to have it over with (I will not spoil what it is here and leave for you guys to find out!)
With that, chapter 37 will be the third and final part of Manehattan Liberation. I am hoping to cover a lot of action in this coming part and maybe even make this one longer than the last. My goal would be to bring it up to 10,000 words, if that is possible. If this goes through, the chapter will certainly take a long time to write. After it is done, it will be smooth sailing all the way to the epilogue, 5 chapters ahead of now. This may come close with the April completion deadline I announced if it takes a while to finish chapter 37.
As for the sequel, I won't be officially releasing the name until after Beginning's completion. I did, however, say on the stream last night that I am shooting for a July/August 2016 release for the next Millennia story. It won't be as long as Beginning chapter-wise still, unfortunately, but word wise I expect it to be around the same. A lot will be covered in the sequel, and I will take things to a whole new level.
Manehattan will be shaken down to its roots.
Next up, The Veins Run Deeper. There is not much news about it, aside from no progress has been made on starting chapter 2. I plan to do that after Millennia is done, then publish it on June 1st, the 2-year anniversary of its predecessor's. I hope everybody will enjoy it once it is published!
That's all for the Q&A news. Unfortunately no questions were asked but I said what I wanted to say, which was pretty good!
