Delayed, emergency car repairs · 3:14am Aug 21st, 2012
So, I had assumed I was going to get home and knock out a chapter for you ponies. Little did I know a wheel bearing would start to go out in my Honda and gradually worsen as the day went on. Long story short, I'm out $200 and an afternoon of writing time. It's a shame too, that was suppose to be pony-swag money. I've been cutting costs on bills so I could nab some great Luna gear at WeLoveFine. Ah well, how it goes. Anyhoof, assuming no other random nonsense pops up, I'll have a new chapter tomorrow. Tuesday 8/21/12. Sorry for the wait.
Be careful when making promises, Murphy will always interfere when he can when you start poking him.
Well, at least it was only two hundred, last car repair I had was nine hundred. (wait for Murphy to interfere )
Take your time

Oh, I know all about how stupid some repairs can cost. I had to do a head-gasket replacement. Thankfully, that kind of work doesn't need any special equipment, just time and know-how. Ended up doing it for $200 in parts. Taking it to a mechanic would have been $1200+, at least. Wheel bearings however, requires a machine press, which I do not have access to. So I had to bite the bullet and pay a shop to do it.
Besides, less of a promise and more just letting you ponies know when I expect to publish a new chapter. I'm not getting paid to write, so it's more for you all than for me.
