what inspired the story Mother?
It was 3am on Mother's day and I decided I wanted to do a one shot about Twilight being the child of Luna or Celestia. And well it exploded in popularity so. Yeah!
How long of a story is it planned to be?
That is a hard question to answer. Originally it was going to cover season 4 and then an epilogue in the far future. Now though? I'm not sure I might do just that or I might add season 5 and possibly even Equestria Girls stuff. Remember Twilight "has" met Sunset so it is very likely Twilight will get Sunset's plea.
will you be doing work on the prequel, Celestia's twilight?
Easy answer? Yes. A bit more complex Still yes, I hope to get one or two chapters done of Mother to each chapter of Celestia's Twilight.

"Wellll I knew I had an itchy hoof ear flick every time Twilight talked about her Mom or Dad! But i'd never had that combo so I wasn't sure what to think about it so I kinda ignored it! It was realllllly hard though! I did know that Twilight's birthday wasn't right though! I got a wiggly nose ear flick itchy hoof combo the day after the summer sun celebration so I knew that was really Twilight's birthday!"

Edit chapter 1, remove "box that the tree of harmony", then Tirek will not be a villain.

Twilight is 1,003 her physical age is 2-2 1/2 compared to the other CMC she is 3-4 years younger. As for attending school with them? I don't want to give TOO much of that away because it has to do with the third option. So i'll say Yes and No.

"It was incredibly hard, especially during the time she was my student watching her grow under the glamour and seeing just how much like Luna she looked. The closest I came to tell her had to be when she discovered Nightmare Moon was returning but... I was a coward I feared if she knew what I had done to her Mother and to her she might side with Nightmare Moon and I would lose both of them forever."

"Fifteen activities? My goodness well. I enjoy cuddling with my foal. Reading to and with her. Watching her learn and live. Truly I love simply being near her I just love my child. As well as Twilight relearning to walk she is capable of walking though she still stumbles in a very adorable way!"
