Even though I wasn't quite sure of it myself, life has, in fact, not done me in.
I know I've been silent for such a long time that some have legally declared me dead. This is false, though it came close a couple of times. I've been trying to better myself, and somehow ended up getting a lot worse instead. So, on to the news.

A Premature Happy New Year, and sort of an Explanation. · 7:16am Dec 29th, 2015

Hello everyone. I hope you all had a good holiday season, and are looking forward to the new year as much as I am.

I'm not one for long blogposts, so I'll keep it short: Lately I've received several messages asking me when stories would continue and what happened to sequels etc, so I thought it could do with some clearing up.

The last two months of my life have been spent battling against a flare-up of depression that will probably stick with me for the rest of my life, which means I've not been all that productive and most of my time was spent either asleep, feeling crappy, or exhausted to the point of debilitation.

The bad news is that my writing suffered for it.

The good news is that I'm starting to feel better (as Out in the Cold should prove) and that I've started writing on both the next chapter of Under Her Wings, and a sequel to The Fundraiser for those interested. I doubt they'll be ready by new year's given that I still have off days where things aren't going so great, but they'll be coming somewhere in January.

Oh yes, and I seem to have reached 900 followers somewhere along the way. That's certainly not a number I ever thought I'd reach, and it was a nice present.

That's about it. Enjoy the rest of the year and I'll see you people in the next one.
