Hello and welcome my faithful readers. Well, the ones that are still there. Well, I wanted to talk a bit about the progress with the story. I haven't abandoned it and I am right now working on the next chapter. It's just taking a bit longer because life has been stressful and I'm not the most chipper person right now so that slows down my writing.
That and well, I wanted to ask you all what you think of the story so far, what you think I can improve, and what you want to see. The coming future is a bit, uncertain in some regards if I was to say it. As well, I am going to be honest here in that perhaps I meandered a bit. I apologize if I did. I was just having so much fun writing this story, the characters, and everything that I let my imagination and my own happiness get the better of me, which lead to 'that' chapter. Yeah, that killed a bit of my drive to continue, but I will say this. I am not abandoning this. Hopefully, I can kick myself into gear and have the next chapter down within a week. I will do my best.
So what are your thoughts?
I am not normaly one to like crossover stories and yours is one of two exceptions, the other being stardust. I love your story and I eagerly await more. All that said I understand having life issues getting in the way of writing, and I am certianly not able to throw stones in that department. So yeah its vool and I love it. I do think you should be careful to not have too much strings all coming to the front at onces, you are at an acceptable level as dar as I am concerned right now but I could see this getting even more complicated and I dont know how well that would work. But all and all and tl'dr MORE PWEASE?
I can't blame you for doing what you find fun. I will say however that my favorite bits have been the verbal sparring between Celestia and Smaug. If you can work their dynamic into the other action I believe would would be an improvement all around.

I don't find anything to complain abaut. everything is good.
I like the action you've built up towards, like a lot of readers I am hoping to see Smaug either knock around Orcs like bowling pins, or just light them up. I also really like the character-building you are doing with the Master, it's an interesting and original take. I hope we get to see some sort of eventual redemption for him, and maybe even his rather-confused assistant.
Most of all, I want to get back to Smaug and Celestia's romance. You've done a wonderful job of laying the groundwork between them. Will he be able/want to go to Equestria? How will Luna react to him? I find those to be some of the most intriguing questions.
Have the fighting bring Celestia, Smaug, and Nightmare together as allies sooner. That is all I ask. anyway, loving SmaugXCelestia.
I actually like the meandering. You didn't waste time, you spent it on character development. Highly enjoyable character development. Last chapter looked like it was giving the story a lot of direction, so just continue?
I'm certainly happy to wait for you to decide where to take your story since I've been highly entertained and don't think I'll be any less entertained as long as you keep up with your attention to character depth and detail.
Everything seems fine to me. The only thing I can think of improving on the transitions between story lines. They aren't bad, sometimes I feel like I get lost or feel like I forgot what happened in the other story lines. But that could probably be because I love Smaug X Celestia too much
