An Undertale of Equestria - Updates fairly frequently, not a retelling of Undertale, but a crossover using elements of MLP/Undertale

3581647 Sans actually does do a similar pose in-game. Specifically during the Genocide Run, he extends his arms out when attacking your soul, via slamming it against the box. This animation here shows it off pretty well. It's how his attacks are normally depicted in a lot of fan art as well.
