I went to a chiropractor today, mostly because my mom works with the guy and I needed my neck adjusted because my bones suck and keep moving out of place, because they can do that sometimes. Its like a house, only it was made into a custom chiropractor place instead of a huge building like I thought it would be last time I was there.
I guess I shouldn't say I went to the chiropractor again for another neck adjustment, since I did go a week ago too. Anyway, I got my neck adjusted after having a heat pack on my neck and shoulders for like twenty minutes, and holy hell, my neck cracked a lot. I also have a lot of knots in my back because of scoliosis, and he had to rub a few of them to figure them out.
After doing my neck, talking the whole time about exactly what he was doing and the reason why, which was awesome, he made me lie on my stomach, and then made me breath out and relax so he could crack my back. My neck and back both cracked so much.
It felt so good to feel and hear the cracking. Its way more satisfying to have someone else crack a certain spot on my spine then just me doing it. Gets rid of so much pressure.
I haven't gone to a chiropractor in over a year. I really need to go again.
