Horse Feathers is going on hiatus · 11:22am Nov 13th, 2015

Sorry for the light spamming beforehand, but I can only tag one story at a time with these things.

Given that I honestly thought I'd have Dark Horse done back in January, I think its time to wake up and smell the long since fetid corpse of that self-imposed dead-line.

I will be returning to Horse Feathers and my other longer stories, but right now I need to get Dark Horse out of my system, and it seems its going to take long enough a hiatus is the most honest thing towards you guys.

Thank you so much for your patience, it means a lot to me. :raritywink:

That being said, I've noticed a lot of you have missed that Dark Horse is also a Dresden crossover. (Not Displaced/LoHAV, if it matters.) Please consider giving it a try if you haven't already if you're aching for more of my diseased mind putting Dresden and MLP in a blender.

Not a worry, may the muse stay strong for things. And time, not to mention fortune favor things.

Yeah, I saw this coming. Oh well.

I wonder why the concept of "unicorns being really into meat" seems to be unique.

Think it helps that unicorns is near the only magical creature that's gotten hit with the cute-bat harder than fairies.

I mean, current pop-culture not counting FiM:

How they looked/acted according to actual myth:

That, and horses in general are seen as 'cute' animals. How they will happily reach down and just munch away at say, a burrow of baby bunnies if they find one isn't one of those bits of biology that gets talked about much, for some reason. :twistnerd:
