Do we have to update (stories uploaded before the update of the new tags) all stories with the new tags? Say for example a Futurama story of mine, would that need the sci-fi tag?
Because... I have lot of stories.
Or could I just add these new tags to the appropriate newly uploaded story that sits its genre?

I would say probably not. It looks like our original tags are still on our stories, so these would likely just be for future story submissions.

Hopefully that's the case. They can't seriously expect us to grind through all our stories and update the tags, especially a user like me with 100 plus stories.

I updated my five latest stories' tags. I plan to more or less leave it at that.
3524463 - That sounds like a reasonable solution. I might be able to convince myself to do something about it, too. All I have to do is open my edit window for each story, find the proper tag, modify any details that need updating, and... you know what? I'm fine with the way it is now.
Luckily (I'm going to be DV'd for this) I only have like... fourteen stories...
But jeebus, I hope they don't expect people with a 100 story and over count to go through em all D:

Just had to add one tag to almost each one. Took about five to ten minutes... that's a quite a lot of time for just adding tags.
