I’m sorry it’s been so long since my last post but several things that have been looming on the horizon and kept getting delayed in real life finally have started unfolding. I won’t bore you all with details but jury duty, helping my sister get some things straightened out and putting desert landscaping in the backyard all have happened with the past few weeks. I had to postpone my jury duty to the beginning of November so until the end of November I have no idea how much or how little time I’ll have to blog, learn the new software and get my website set-up.

Thankfully, after all of these things are finished I will be settling into my more normal schedule, which is busy but manageable, because of all the stuff I need to do for my parents whom I care on a daily basis. I’ve realized that in order to consistently put out content I need to prepare some things a month or so in advance especially while I’m learning how to produce content. It also means I have to pick and choose what I review so I’ll have time to both do fan projects, original works and produce artwork on a regular basis.

The Good News

I definitely will be starting to post again starting this weekend but I would feel like I was cheating you if I launched a blog or webpage at this point. This is because I wouldn’t be able to post content on it. I have decided not to launch my webpage or other blogs/channels officially until December at least. The timing will depend on how long I have to do jury duty for and I won’t know that until I go in on the week of November 6th. The website and the up-coming comic blog will still be going live slowly, as I find the time to work on it, but the difference is that I won’t consider it officially launched.

The Bad News

Sadly, all of the above also means I won’t be taking commissions yet or start posting original content. Again, it will probably be in December or January at the latest when I start posting original stuff.

This also means that it would be ridiculous for me to try to catch up on those episode reviews so I’m just going to start moving forward with newer Thoughts On reviews and some vlog type videos on my YouTube channel.

What to Expect

I’m posting this update on this weekend because I’m certain I can at least get this month’s AMV reviews up once a day starting on Monday. I’m not sure when I’ll be posting the vlogs on my YouTube Channel but it will be soon. I intend for the vlogs to be short quick reviews of animation aired that week and some storytelling analysis. This will all precede my show and comics which won't be released until I'm ready. I also will be doing some AMV and audio drama fan projects which will be good editing practice for me.

Don’t worry, if there are any animated shows or particular episodes I think deserve recognition I will either use it in one of my upcoming analysis videos or post a review as I have time later on. I'm hoping, at least to get up analysis of the latest Gravity Falls, MLP:FIM, Steven Universe and Star Wars Rebels episodes in the next two weeks. It probably will be combined instead of single episode reviews.

Fanfiction

Now that the general news it up I’m going to speak directly to those that have been waiting patiently on DeviantArt, FanFiction.Net and on FIM:Fiction.net for me to continue my stories.

I’m so sorry for the lack of updates and I’ve been trying to figure out a way to finish at least My Fair Draconequus and Of Tea and Discord before I slowed on updates but it just was impossible.

Since I decided to move forward with getting my business and other web stuff up I will be just concentrating on completing one story at a time. This will be in the order I started working on them which is:

My Fair Draconequus
Of Tea and Discord
In the Shadows (Rewrite including a follow up sequel to the story)

The first story update will happen in December most likely. The earliest it might be up is during the last week of November and that depends how long it takes to get the yard and jury duty finished. Once again thank you for your patience. I’ve had an extremely busy summer.
