Well, Equestria Daily said that Upon Wings of Sacrifice needs work. I'm not angry, though. Their quality for what they want in the fanfics kind of has gone up a bit since previously and that's their choice.
I'm actually surprised by a few of the things the pre-reader told me. Like one of the things he said was that Griffins were carnivors and it looked hard that I was going to sell them stealing apples. But GIlda at and stole an apple in the episode.
The pre-reader also said that the characters didn't feel like themselves which is a surprise cause I thought they were in key.
A few other things like spelling and such, so I'm going to ask my editors to look at this again as well as put through the Training Grounds on Ponychan again.
Kind of means I'm gonna have to hold up on my chapter 3, sorry guys.
That's a shame. This really sounds more like nitpicking than anything else; I can so easily see this making it on EQD, even in its current state.
Their standards aren't my standards, but I do have them, and you did blow mine so completely out of the water that they ended up miles away in an arid desert. I wish you luck in getting Upon Wings of Sacrifice posted on such EQD, since I feel it deserves it.
It's alright man, I still think you have the best appledash stories up on here. Take your time and make it the best you can. Keep up the good work!!!

The griffon comment is a bit weird because, as you say, Gilda stole and ate an apple and was all gung-ho for cake in what I think I'm right in saying is the only canon appearance of a griffon so far. At best they're omnivores.
