So I'm not really sure who'll actually read this, given my relative obscurity and utter inactivity in the creative department. Still, there's a chance that I may return to writing in the near future.
The reason? I figured out, in my headcanon, Sombra's backstory.
Considering he's the only character in the show to outright die, I was previously content to postulate that he was as evil as a pony could get and leave it at that, but some reflection (and reading some of my old writing) has made me consider an alternate possibility.
Don't know that it'll ever come into being in writing format, but know this - the Sombra that Celestia and Luna fought was not the same Sombra that was born into the world as just another unicorn. By the time of his death he deserved what he got... but he was made, not born. Some of it was his own doing. Much of it was not.
I love a good worldbuilding! Is there more to this or does it end here?
