A change in plans for my current/upcoming stories · 12:59am Sep 22nd, 2015
Hi everyone!
As you have probably noticed, I couldn't quite stick to the plans I announced in August. The reason for that is, the Newbie Artist Training Grounds by Equestria Daily started unexpectedly and since I'm an artist too, I had to participate there.
Since I'm still a beginner's artist, it still takes me quite long to draw a picture, so I couldn't do anything else during this time. This, combined with the much earlier than expected return of Season 5 led to it that I couldn't writing the way I wanted before Season 5 continued.
I'm sorry for this. I know that a few of you have waited for "Filed Away" to continue and now I couldn't stick to it and have to change my plans for it and let you all wait longer until I can continue it.
And since Season 5 is back again now, I have to coordinate more things, cause I want to write some new short fics for Season 5 too.
And I have a big need of practice drawing, so that takes up even more of my time.
Unfortunately, this leads to it that I can only take care of one multi-chapter fic right now. And I have decided to give "Journeys and Destinations: A Friendship for Eternity" priority on this, as this story is the most important one for me of the ones I have to choose between.
Which means that I will now set "Filed Away" on hiatus until further notice. I don't want to rule out the chance that I can write a chapter for it during Season 5 completely yet, but most likely I won't and if that's the case, I'm going to continue it once Season 5 is over.
For "Journeys and Destinations", I will continue to improve my grammar for a little while longer before I tackle the workover of Chapter 1 and the writing of Chapter 2.
I have planned to put out the second chapter on next week's Friday, which is October 2nd.
On this day, I will not only write Chapter 2, I will also improve the first chapter and plan the story through from beginning to end, so that I have a clear idea of where I want to go with it.
