Would anyone be interested in drawing cover art for See You Again? Its not a necessity, but the pic I have now is kinda blurry to me, and fan art is just always fun to see.
But I can't really pay or anything and I don't want to take up anyone's busy time, so no pressure.
Do I seem arrogant requesting art...? Is that an arrogant thing to do? I hope not. I mean, the story's not even that popular and I don't think it'll get any more popular...
It's not arrogant! Having unique cover art is something most authors want. Personally I get commissions, but I understand that sometimes you can't pay for covers. I wish you luck on finding someone to take your request! If I were a better artist, I'd offer, but my art's still really Amateur.
You might try at art for fanfiction. There's a lot of nice folks there that often do covers for free. Of course it's always better if you can trade something like an edit or review, but that's far from necessary.
Anything you're thinking of in particular or are you okay with artist's choice? I can't promise anything being super busy but the request intrigues me... Also I've never tried to draw Discord or Fluttershy XP

I'm sure you're better than you think. I can't do art very well at all, though I certainly have tried. I'm far far below amateur.

I'd be happy to do it but it wouldn't be right away as I'm swamped with other things at the moment!
