I Have Changed My Mind! · 12:09am Jan 14th, 2017
So I hardly EVER split chapters into two separate parts. I've done it before, but only like once or maybe twice. But then Phoaray (an awesome writer, btw, I highly recommend his Twixie/Fluttercord story, Hopes and Follies), suggested that I consider it. I originally told him that I didn't really do that, and gave him a really gross metaphor involving splitting babies in half, but I was hesitant to do it.
But it's been months since I've updated and I've got 16k right now, and Discord ain't much older still. And as I was writing some of it today (since I didn't work on it the last two days and I felt guilty), I realized that I was reaching a point where I COULD end it on a good note and start it again in another chapter. And then I felt excitement, an indication that this was what I should do. I should finish it, get it looked over, and then publish it, and FINALLY update my story.
Yes, this might make the story have one more chapter than I thought (or more, who knows at this point, haha), but then you guys can get an update or something sooner rather than later. And I asked a friend of mine to look over it, so if she agrees, then she can make sure it's good enough for publishing. Since I'm so freaking insecure and whatnot.
So yeah! Get pumped! I hope to have an update for you within a week or so!
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO I'MMA GO AND FINISH WRITING IT RIGHT NOW!!!! Get ready for some Discord goodness (I hope)!!!! Get hype!!!
WOOOOOOO!!

I might even have it ready tomorrow! No promises, but it seems like it might just work out that way!
Where have you gone, oh great wordsmith? Hast thou lost thy tongue to the rigors and ravages of this world? Hast thou lost thy interest and abandoned thine own creations? Lo! I am thus filled with many sorrows at this, so great a tragedy, the loss of so divine a writer! I hope dearly that I am wrong for, as my speech may thus entail, your loss would be a great one! I wish you the best in all, but hope within my heart of hearts for your return, triumphant and bold!
