Another deleted scene from "Sweetie Belle's Small problem" · 8:04am Sep 20th, 2015
My thoughts for this scene was to give this fic a serious tone but after some thought, I don't want it to take this direction as it would be depressing as fuck. 
"But I'm not a colt!" Sweetie Belle nearly shrieked at the Alicorn.
Upon hearing this, Twilight sighed aloud. "I guess we'll be adding therapy to the list of things we need to cover." Twilight remarked aloud dismally.
"Why the buck would I need therapy?!" Sweetie Belle snapped angrily, looking positively offended and outraged by the idea.
"You need to come to grips with the fact that your Pen-"
"Don't you even recognize that thing's existence on my body because it doesn't exist!" Sweetie Belle roared, channeled magic into her horn and teleported out of the castle in a flash of magic.
Twilight took a deep breath and let out a long dejected sigh. "I should have known this was going to happen sooner or later." Twilight remarked aloud as she used her magic to levitate a book from her upper shelf titled. "Hermaphrodite Pony Psychology." opened the book and began to read it.
Nearly two hundred pages later and the Alicorn as finally at the chapter she was most eager to read: "How to treat ponies suffering from hermaphroditism"
There are three known treatments for hermaphrodite ponies:
1. Psychological therapy for helping the victim come to grips with both genitalia they possess.
This method of treatment can take years to reap any sort of benefit and is best begun at a young age."Looks like that's out." Twilight remarked aloud dismally and went on to the next treatment option.
2. A genital removal spell applied to the pony during infancy. This method is by far the most effective as the pony in question never knows they were a hermaphrodite pony in the first place.
The Alicorn sighed aloud and went onto the third and final option.
3. Sexual intercourse therapy. This method is recommended to be used on adult ponies only or those suffering from hermaphroditism due to magical circumstances.
By encouraging the pony in question to perform sexual intercourse with both genital, they come to accept both parts as part of them.
It was that and at this point I realized I was being lazy and providing a plot excuse to get Sweetie Belle to buck everyone when I know I can do better than that.
