The editing of "The Caretaker" is coming to an end, meaning that the story will be posted soon.
I want to ask those that gave up on me to give me and my stories another chance. Refer to this blog post for a slight explanation: http://www.fimfiction.net/blog/537641/fluctuation-of-quality-over-time-an-explanation
It's been more than a week and a half of almost non-stop work by part of my editors and I.
I can certainly promise that the quality of this coming story is superior to any of my recent works, but, you'll be the judge of that, I guess.
This is not a sequel to Machine and Might. It borrows elements from it and the sequels, but all in all it's a story that stands on its own. I wish I could tell you more, but I don't want to ruin anything.
If you're reading these last lines, then I say thank you. I aim not to disappoint with this.
Is this story in the same universe as machine and might?
3402001 It's somewhat based on the future after the ending of Machine and Might, though with some differences.
3402022 Is it after the third story or just the first? (Sorry if I annoy you)
3402035
Just the first. Pretend the sequels never happened.
And you're not being annoying or anything, I'm just glad you spoke up.
3402043 (two continuities then) Ok thanks. :)
Glad to hear from you again Krieg!
Looking forward to this new story
You do not have to ask for anything. When I find a story bad or unbearable, I will always inform the author before abandoning it. Even as there was a fluctuation in quality, and the Original M&M had some issues, the story itself, the world, and something about you made it really good to read. When I found any issue I would inform you. (I still remember writing those comments on my old phone, I an not sure if you even got them all, that device was terribly buggy with fimfiction) The pacing and rushing in some situations, and some weird situations where some characters had issues with maintaining defined character and personality. (This second ones mostly in later stories, and given the circumstances you did it pretty well actually)
