I go away for a few hours and come back to find that every single one of my stories has been given a large number of down votes. My newest story took the most, but even the old favorites added several. What's the deal? Am I on some group's hit list? Someone with multiple accounts doesn't like me?
Look, guys, I don't normally do this, but I have to ask. If you've read and enjoyed one or more of my works, please go and give it a thumbs up if you haven't. I'd also like to ask that anyone who's got a few minutes go and check out my latest story and give me feedback on it.

That's strange. You are actually annoyed about the fact about how you're story has 65 dislikes and yet you don't check that it has 920 likes? Wow, I guess you're kinda blind then XD

All of your stories I liked and read got a Favourite and a thumb up. The others I haven't touched.
About who did that, you aren't the only one. It might be, partly, from trolls who thumb fics down without leaving 1 single word about why they didn't like, which happens to many many great fics, which doesn't help the authors to improve.
I know how that feels. Every time I'm in the middle of some drama or another, comments, stories and blog posts I make get downvoted (even other people's comments!
) "Friendship is Grievous" has actually been on my RIL folder for quite some time. Once I've read it, I'll be sure to like it. And when I have time, I'll check out your other fics, too. 
I agree with what 3399141 said. It's possible that it made the rounds among a few groups that didn't care for it. Yes, maybe someone has it out for you, but then what changes if they do? It's a thing that happens sometimes.
I'm hoping this journal was a knee-jerk reaction (and I would bet it is). Good luck with your stories, and I hope you can be proud of them regardless of a few people that click the red button.

It's not just the number of dislikes. It's that they all appeared, on every story, within the space of a few minutes. Without any increase in view count. I always try to be fair when handing out dislikes, and now it appears someone or a group of someones went around clicking the red button on everything for no reason. That makes me feel angry.

Actually I just used FiG as the tag because that's the story that has the most followers. What really got my attention was my latest story jumping from 2 to 15 dislikes in the space of a few minutes, without the view count jumping up once.
Well, this is the internet we're talking about. People are always getting mad over stupid shit all the time. I get where you're coming from, but you've still got a landslide Up to Down vote ratio. That's something to be thankful for.

If it looks like somebody is alt. abusing or botting then report your suspicions to the mods. That sort of bullshit is against the rules and doesn’t only hurt you (though you would be the principal victim in all this).
Tell the mods. They'll undo any fraudulent votes and ban whoever it is.
