Job: Royal Schedule Maintenance basically she keeps Luna's schedules
Personality: Easily cries especially when stressed, unlike her brother she is not quick on her hooves. She is very organized and likes things in a certain way. She loves classical music and sometimes when she's alone, she pretends to be a conductor.
Backstory: Time Keeper and brother Tight Shift are in charge of the keep Celestia and Luna's schedule, something they were chosen for. Tight Shift is in charge keep Celestia's schedule,while she is in charge of Luna. She finds getting along with unicorns, a bit hard.
Since Canterlot is mostly a city filled with unicorns she does feel left out, she gets the awkward stares sometimes. Time Keeper tries to make friends, but her tenancy to cry at the drop of a hat,makes ponies turn away from her. But she does have few friends in the castle.
Time Keeper knows Tight Shift's great secret and that's is that he does not like Princess Twilight, she knows because of his jealousy. However, she knows he will never anything to harm her, the worse he do is mumble to himself. Sometimes she'll switch duties with her brother.

I love how your OC has tear canals on the other side of the eyes. I've never seen a creature with this feature. Truly unique.
