New story and my humble opinion on "Momma Dash"

Well i've written the first chapter for a new story today. Hopefully it'll be up on the site soon. This is one were I really wish I was a better writer. What I mean is I really enjoy the idea of this story and as far as I know its unique. Personally I would have loved just to convinced donnys doy or someone like that to write the story instead but I can't rally see that happening so its up to my limited skills.
The ideas pretty simple. In many ways its standard rarijack (my favourite ship. Could you guess?) but with a slight twist. You see I'm sorta sucker for those dash adopted scoots story when done well. Its a neat idea and its one of those things that most of the fandom agree on as fanon. (another example of well agreed fanon is bon bon and lyra being partners) But does it make sense? See I guess it does what with them being so alike and dash being the element of loyalty it makes a sort of sense. Plus since the rest of the mane 6 usually have someone they take care of e.g. twilight and spike, rarity and sweetie belle or pinkie and the cake twins it balances the rest out to have dash adopt her such as what happened with dash getting a pet. Yet I dunno.
I kinda like dash being independent. I feel like the show didn't make scoots related to dash for a reason. To give dash freedom and allow her to do whatever she wants. More so than pinkie dash is the one with the least responsibility and she likes it that way. So in this story she isn't adopting scoots. I always felt that the closest she could be to her would be like a cool aunt. I mean thats basically they're dynamic already. Instead the plan is to have Rarity take care of her and eventually adopt her. I know whoever is actually reading this is going "Rarity? Are you crazy?" and honestly maybe I am. Yet this feels right somehow. I feel that Rarity makes the most in lots of ways. Such as being the element of generosity and just the fact that they're conflicting personalities seem like a lot of fun. Especially in a mother daughter way.
And maybe I just made up this story cause the idea of applebloom and sweetie belle as scootaloos aunts made me giggle. Thats a definite possibility.
