And soon Summer will turn ta Fall.
It's been a bit of a while since Ah've said much outside a few comment replies here, hasn't it been?
Haha. Well, Ah'm not dead. So that should alleviate any worries that JHA and all the other stories Ah have will not get updates.
Ah have been writing, Ah promise. Even finished up the additions to the crossover, which is getting a slow proofreading when Ah have the time.
Life's just been busy, ya know? Work sucks the life outta me, and even getting bumped to the earlier shift because Ah'm awesome still leaves free time a bit too precious.
In all honesty, Ah really, really, really wanted the next chapter of JHA ta be done and posted by mah birthday since the chapter, as y'all know, is centered somewhat around Ryder's birthday.
Seeing as July 31st came and went, you can guess how well that worked out. Haha.
But Ah am nearing the end of the current chapter's writing process, and once Ah'm done with that Ah hope to have not only that to post but the finale of the crossover. Ah keep plugging away, so Ah'm gonna do mah darndest to get that double update out to y'all.
On the plus side, Ah've figured out something that was hampering mah thought process for a while in regards to where JHA is in relation to the FiM timeline. As most of ya know, it's most recent chapter has it situated currently somewhere near the end of Season 3's events. Which means a certain event is soon on the horizon which proved a bit tricky to work around and make it more than just the events of the actual show happening in JHA, because just like previous events that Ah chose to include from Season 2 and 3, Ah wanted to give it more of an identity than just the show.
But like Ah said, Ah figured out what ta do.

Oh, right...sorry. Dark did kinda have a hand in it...sort of. Ah guess. He pitched an idea or two, and trust me, they were better than that little what if blurb he wrote way back when for Season 5's opening. Hahahaha.

Thank you. Anyway, that's about all that's going on for me. Life being life and making things a bit frustrating to get done.
But keep faithful, mah followers, for an update will be coming as soon as Ah can get it done.
