Have you ever had one of these moments where you stop and think: "Wait, do I actually not have any goddamn time to write some goddamn poneh-fiction?" and the answer, strange as it is, is an unenthusiastic "Yup," leaping through your window?
I don't know, maybe you haven't, which is positive. Really positive. Either way, I've been out of therapy since may and been trying to get my life together rather unsuccessfully. I'm not too sad about it, there's still a tomorrow and still chances I can do some work for society starting september. But that's IRL and you're not here because of IRL-stuff, or rather, I'm not here to tell you about it.
Let's instead talk about padded ponehs.
My Baby Sister: That commissioned coverart is going fine, but I don't actually know whether I'll get to use it, since the artist is worried to have anything fetish-y with his name attached to it. I don't know how that'll go, but I've gotten the first scene of the next chapter "already" cobbled together. I'll try to release it either when the new coverart is uploadable, or when I hang it on my wall IRL. Which you won't be seeing then. Hurr, hurr.
Sleepovers And Such: This tough piece of writing feels like being being more than I can chew. I've swallowed almost enough of it over the last few months. Puns aside, I've had a hard time thinking aobut how to proceed. I don't want to admit I've written myself into a corner, because there's so much I can still do with it, but the question right now is: How much do I actually want to do with this story?
I could go 4 more chapters, or 20 if I were so inclined. I always tend towards the epic, so I'm leaning towards the latter, but that approach would contradict the whole slice-of-life thing. I'll try working things out once my life is on the "safe" side.
The Nightbook: 
Even if you all probably think I did, but if I wanted to NOT write this anymore, it'd be long gone.
I'll probably try my hand at another one-shot sometime in the future. It's been so long since I did. Probably something incredibly simple, like somepony just buying diapers. Eh, I'll see if I can whip something up worth your time (and not as crappy as that last one-shot I did).
Also, there'll be a collab with a friend of mine in the future. I'm not giving out specifics, because, you know, with me the only guarantee you'll have is that it'll (probably) happen before the next ice age.
I won't say I'm back, but I'm alive, and I do intend on returning to being a semi-active writer on here. Sorry for all the people waiting for stuff to happen on here and I hope you all have a wonderful remaining week.

We just all hope that you are okay *hugs you tightly* cause hugs help... even digital ones, I think?
