Dear Princess Luna. On this quiet winter night, I felt it appropriate to prepare another set of profiles based off other citizens of Ponyville. To begin with, I present a promising young colt who may soon be going to the Cloudsdale Weather School thanks to his massive talent at making storms. If he can keep his head on straight, he has a bright future. Natural storm makers are few and far between.

Personality: Outgoing and overly enthusiastic. I'd consider calling him a younger Rainbow Dash but I fear she might one day find out.
Skills and Quirks:
Pegasus Flight – Still awaiting his exams for school, but he passed all of the training required to work with the Ponyville weather team, so he is at least an average flyer.
Natural Storm Maker – Just like his cutie mark suggests, Rumble has a natural talent with building storms.
General Education – Though he still has a few months left before graduation, he has nearly completed his general schooling.
