I'm writing again! Sorta. · 10:04am Jul 5th, 2015
So, after I nearly died of the plague, things got a bit weird. First I got side-tracked by a non-pony project, and after that my ability to write just kinda went away for a while. Lately it's been better, but I've had a bunch of distractions to deal with, mostly in the form of family and doing favors for said family. I hope I'll be able to get back to my routines fairly soon, however.
Apparently it's now been a year since I've updated Time Crusade, and people have started to put it in depressing bookshelves with titles like: "This story is DEAD!" or "Why have you forsaken us, Fervidor? Why?" I suppose that at this point I kinda deserve that, but I would still like to make it clear that I have absolutely not given up on that story.
In fact, I sorta promised myself that I wouldn't upload anything else until chapter five is finished, but for various reasons it seems like there will be at least one more one-shot first. Primarily, there are some stories I really kinda want to get out as soon as possible, and as much as I love Time Crusade, I also know my own productivity well enough to realize that ain't going to be cost-efficient. As you may have noticed, getting TC chapters out is very time consuming, and all attempts to force myself to write faster have so far been disastrous failures.
Good news is, the thing I'm working on now seems to be coming along surprisingly quickly, knock wood. I guess we'll just have to see how it goes. Frankly, I'm just grateful I'm back to hitting the keyboard at all.
