Looking back: 'Neither Rain Nor Sleet' + 'Hard Rock Lifestyle'

Firstly, you should all notice the change back to the norm, that disguise was getting old :V

I'd like to thank everyone who voted on/faved/read my two latest efforts, both children of the Write-off Association's contests. Hard Rock Lifestyle, I think, is the lesser of the two, being less inspired and more focused on a vague concept. 'Grappleglorp' is a return to force on the Ran/Co front, focusing around that unfortunate fellow from 'Make New Friends But Keep Discord', lost in the endless void with abominations looking for a quick snack.

Surprisingly, Hard Rock never hit the popular listings, despite racking three hundred plus views in a few hours, whereas 'Grappleglorp' is sitting pretty in the Popular lists since last night, thanks to the massive upvote spike I suppose came from some of you wonderful folk. And yet, it's sitting below 70 views! What's with that?

I suppose I should blame midnight posting for the view defecit, and if you're scratching your head wondering what Grappleglorp is, you should check your feed for stories and check it out for me, yeah? ;D
