I'm back from the grave, here to haunt you. >.>
But nah, in all seriousness, I'm trying to get myself out of this seemingly never-ending hiatus I went into; gonna try and do what my sister is doing and set up a proper schedule and FORCE myself to write. I have the ideas still from when I last wrote something, and I still want to transcribe them into written word. I just need to feel comfortable with my stories before I can create new content.
So, I am re-structuring my previous fics.
Now, I don't want to completely change the story; same plot (what little there is—I plan to expand on it) and characters and such, and the same events, to a degree. However, going back and rereading some of my stuff, it just feels too awkward and bland to me. Also too much plot armour and coincidences. I need to make it a liiiiittle more realistic in that my characters actually have some trials to go through, not have everything handed to them on a silver platter.
To those of you that want to keep the original version, be it to compare to what I update it to, or because you simply feel it doesn't need changing and you like its current form, you can either download the file, or contact me in a PM for a copy; I'm saving the old draft as reference, and for posterity's sake in a way.
I will also only start updating the chapters online after I have gone through most of them, so that I can simply release them on some form of weekly basis.
