A word to all my loyal and patient Divided Rainbow readers:
I know it's been quite a while since my last update, and I want to explain why. I've been in the middle of a move down to Florida. Between packing and family and finding a new job down there and cutting ties with my old job down here… it's eaten up a lot of my time. What further compounds the problem is that this current chapter of Divided Rainbow that I'm working on has been the MOST challenging one yet, for many reasons. But we ARE still working hard on it… 'we' including me and my ever-faithful partners… and I'm proud of what I've accomplished. All told, there's only going to be a few more scenes until a full first draft is FINALLY ready.
Tomorrow, though, is gonna be a huge day for me. Tomorrow, I board a plane and fly down to an all-new home for good. I'm excited and euphoric and frazzled all at once, but I know this is going to be a good thing. Please wish me luck!
Also, let me just ask all of you straight-out: would you like me to release another except of the next chapter? You've been VERY patient with this newest chapter… let me know!
Greetings, I am Anemptyshell,
Let me be the first to officially welcome you to Florida. Where futures are abound, and hurricanes loom on the horizon.
Better than Texas.
Good luck.
I can wait.
You don't need to appease us with a early sneak peek of a unfinished work, however, that's not saying I'm not eagerly waiting for you to release your next chapter.
Good luck with your move to Florida, watch some videos on how to deal with hurricanes and have fun in the (too hot for me) warm climate!
Good luck with the move!
And if you have another excerpt on hand, I certainly won't say no.
Why you moving?

Because I've managed to jam my foot inside a certain door, and land myself a very promising job in a field I've always wanted to break into.
Also, because I've discovered a real love for Cuban food, palm trees, and a climate where snow almost never happens. Though I suspect I'm going to have to suffer quite a few more sunburns still before my skin properly adjusts to that place.
I am glad to hear you are doing well and are working away at the storie I very much enjoy reading it. If you wish to publish a excerpt of the newest chapter I will read it but I wouldn't ask you to spend time on that if you could be working on the chapter (or working on that tan you may need). I hope everything goes well with the position for work and that you like living at your new house.

Judging by what I hear of the place, you'll probably also have to suffer quite a few more fools.
