Darkquestria chapter 2 is out (and name change) · 6:11pm Jun 11th, 2015
So it's been brought to my attention that people might not be getting notified about the update I pushed out since chapter 2 is dated October 2014 (which was when I created it the chapter page, but not how recently I've modified it). Consider this that notification. Future chapters I'll make sure notify properly, I hope.
Also I've had a couple comments now on how Darkquestria is a bit of a dumb name. To be honest I kind of knew it was a bit of a dumb name, but most of the other names I could think of involved synonyms for night, darkness, or shadows and came out sounding really generic and edgy. I figured Darkquestria at least had "identity" and didn't sound too generic. Anyway, there were enough comments from people saying they almost passed the story over because of its name, so I've changed its title to "A Darkened Land" because it's fitting and resembles the old title somewhat.
It's still edgy. Makes me want to check it out though. I like assumed ambiances.
That's a better name, for sure.
