Connecting to network: Twi-Fi
So, a couple words on things. I know I've been slacking on the whole writing thing again. There's three big reasons for that.
About a month ago I said I might have a chapter out soon. That turned out not to be the case. 
Roughly 3K into the next chapter. Hopefully will hit 4K before the night is over. No official ETA because my muse is fickle, but hopefully before the end of the month.
As usual, this is a snippet of a work in progress and doesn't necessarily reflect the finished product.
Or dreading. Probably dreading. 
I swear, stalling out on this chapter was not intentional. 
Next chapter is back to sexing up pretty girls. 
Hey guys! I know it's been quite a long time since I gave you guys an update, apart from responding to a couple of comments. But I've finally started making real forward progress on the current chapter again!
As usual, I can't make any guarantees, but my goal is to roll this chapter out some time this week.

The chapter went from 2400 words to 3800. Slightly less than I would have liked for writing all through the night, but hot damn if that's not a step in the right direction.
One more session like that should tie up this chapter.

Gonna be a long chapter. Up to 5200 words tonight and I'm just barely into the sex scene.
Craziness.
Nightly status update: Uncannily steady progress, 6600 words now.
This sex scene is interesting to write so far.
I'm guessing the chapter will be in the 8000-8500 word range once I finally finish it.
