OC Slamjam Round 1 Voting - Begin! · 7:00pm May 25th, 2015
Hi guys. Round One of the OC Slamjam is finally collected and compiled. Here's all the relevant details:
The Official Compilation of all entries from Round One of the OC Slamjam run by Obselescence, where authors invented OCs and were paired up into brackets to write a story about their opponent's OC and their own!
THE OFFICIAL CONTEST COMPENDIUM - Use this to find the relevant entries on everyone's OC. Control+F helps a lot in quickly finding names.
You have until 11:59 PM CST on Monday, June 1 to cast votes on your favorite entry from each bracket. Each chapter contains both competitors' entries, each attributed to the author who created that OC. Cast your vote in a comment on the relevant chapter by writing "[OC Name]'s Author" in bold at the top of your comment. Votes should ideally be cast based on characterization, overall writing quality, and how well the author utilized the character sheets contained in the official contest compendium.
To retain anonymity, authors are allowed to cast votes on their own entries.
Get your vote on, guys. The round closes in one week. Try to vote on as many entries as you can!
If you sent me an entry before the deadline and I accidentally missed it somehow and marked you as a DQ, please PM me so I can fix that.

Oh gawd, 100K words. At least it'll be shorter from hereon out, but I was still hoping that I'd get to read and judge all the entries. That's probably not happening now.
What a coincidence. I just watched a ton of slamjams, like, 2 hours ago.
I was destined to read whatever this is.
Given the number of entries there and the possibility that there may not be that many voters, would you consider doing a post some time during the weekend indicating which matches have the least votes to try and even things out?

3100336 yup one of the contests rule's/how it works is in the comments exactly where i would look for them not with the other rules guidelines.
