Here's the third part of my Once Upon a Time in Equestria idea burst. During this time, I actually came up with another series of episodes for a fourth "season" of this idea burst. So this three-parter has turned into a four-parter.

Season 3

Episode 1: The Woman in Blue:
Plot: It's been a month since the defeat of Demise and the return of Skyloft and its inhabitants back to their original world. Elsa and her family and friends have since returned to Arendelle. Meanwhile, the search for Twilight continues and Megan suspects that the mysterious spectre of a woman in blue may hold the answers. In the past, Princess Luna is plagued with mysterious dreams.

Episode 2: Twilight Alone:
Plot: Twilight awakens to find herself alone in a mysterious realm. She soon discovers that her progression forwards lies on a pair of strangely familiar faces. In the past, Twilight and Spike receive an unexpected visit in Canterlot.

Episode 3: The City in the Sky:
Plot: Megan, AU Twilight, Sunset, Spike, and Flash have arrived in a city floating in the sky known as Columbia, which is in another world. Their quest to find Twilight quickly gets them involved in a dangerous world of hatred, manipulation, and tragedy. In Equestria, Discord works alongside Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy to investigate strange occurrences in the skies above Ponyville. In the past, Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth stumble across a powerful rift.

Episode 4: The Prophet:
Plot: Twilight finds herself in the clutches of Columbia's insane leader: Zachary Comstock, who threatens her friends and family back home if she doesn't bring his daughter Elizabeth home. Meanwhile, Booker and Elizabeth must team up with Megan's group for both teams to get what they want. In Equestria, Celestia oversees something in the Griffon Kingdom. In the past, Zachary Comstock founds Columbia.

Episode 5: Civil War:
Plot: Twilight faces off against monstrous people and machines on her journey to find Elizabeth. The group finds itself within the clutches of the Vox Populi. In Equestria, Celestia investigates a mysterious light off the shores of Manehattan. In the past, Booker goes to extreme lengths to improve his reputation in the eyes of his fellow soldiers.

Episode 6: Infamous:
Plot: The group finds safety and sanctuary with the Vox Populi but both Megan and Booker feel a bit uneasy. Meanwhile, Twilight attempts to protect innocent people from the war between the Founders and the Vox Populi. In Equestria, Luna turns to the world of dreams for answers. In the past, Daisy Fitzroy rebels against Comstock after being framed for murder.

Episode 7: Seeing Red:
Plot: Tensions become high between the group and the actions of the Vox Populi. Twilight takes a risky move in order to remove Comstock's leverage over her. In Equestria, ghosts begin walking the halls of Canterlot High. In the past, Booker finds a new beginning with a woman named Andrea.

Episode 8: Broken Faith:
Plot: The group escapes the Vox Populi following Elizabeth's murder of Daisy. Twilight's success against Comstock leads to a nasty confrontation with Songbird. In Equestria, a light show in the sky convinces Discord to do something new. In the past, Elizabeth attempts to appeal to Songbird's humanity.

Episode 9: You Can Fight Fate:
Plot: With Twilight found and safe with the group, the main task at hand is finding a way to escape Columbia. Things will be tougher than ever and the secrets held by the mysterious Lutece Twins will not make things any easier. In Equestria, the light off the coast of Manehattan begins to take shape. In the past, Rosalind and Robert Lutece attempt to right the wrongs they've committed.

Episode 10: The Lighthouse:
Plot: Elizabeth begins to lose control of her powers as Columbia begins to get ripped apart by various tears in time and space. The group slowly progresses towards Comstock's house as they make their way through various tears and worlds. In Equestria, Luna and Discord join Celestia in Manehattan to be overwhelmed by a sea of lights. In the past, a connection is made between different worlds.

Episode 11: Ghost Light:
Plot: The final battle begins as the group gets closer and closer to leaving Columbia. However, shocking revelations could prove to change everything. In Equestria, the city of Manehattan is plagued with ghosts from the past. In the past, Booker attempts to right a terrible mistake of his.

Episode 12: Save Booker:
Plot: The group manages to escape Columbia but Comstock remains a threat to the rest of the world. Booker plans to make a tragic sacrifice in order to stop Comstock once and for all. In Equestria, Discord finds himself facing demons from the past. In the past, Booker searches for a way to cleanse himself of his sins.

Episode 13: Vortex:
Plot: Twilight and Elizabeth must bring their powers together in order to right all the wrongs. The survival of time and space hangs in the balance. In Equestria, a deadly foe rises from the deep. In the past, Elizabeth discovers the power she holds inside herself.

They soon come across a pair of boys looking for a way home as well as a sinister figure who's stalking them. In Equestria, the Princesses and Discord deal with the aftermath of the Light Invasion. In the past, a Woodsman makes a deal in order to save his daughter.

Episode 15: Lost Souls:
Plot: The group stumbles across a young woman and her aunt, who are plagued by a terrible curse. Meanwhile, Megan encounters one of the dark forces within the Unknown: Maleficent. In Equestria, the inhabitants of Ponyville awaken to find their water dirty and poisonous. In the past, Discord deals with a disturbance within his dominion.

Episode 16: Light in the Dark:
Plot: The group boards a ship bound to parts unknown. It isn't long before disaster strikes. In Equestria, Discord protects his Ponyville friends from Ursula. In the past, Princess Luna finds herself in the Unknown through a nightmare.

Episode 17: What Happened to Beatrice:
Plot: The group finds shelter within an inn on the edge of a dark forest, where Beatrice opens up about her past. In Equestria, Ponyville is surrounded by Ursula's dark magic. In the past, Beatrice makes a deadly mistake.

Episode 18: The Beast:
Plot: The Beast makes his move and comes to claim Wirt. However, Greg is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice in order to save his brother. A heavy snowfall begins as the group sets out to find Greg. In Equestria, the ponies fight back against Ursula. In the past, the Beast and Maleficent land in the Unknown.

Episode 19: The Unknown:
Plot: The group sets out to defeat the Beast and bring peace back to the Unknown. Wirt faces his fears in order to save his brother and return home. In Equestria, Discord senses another darkness returning. In the past, Wirt and Greg's Halloween spirals out of control.

Episode 20: Going Home:
Plot: Peace has returned to the Unknown, Wirt and Greg have returned home, and Beatrice is human again. Several goodbyes will be made as the group sets out to make one final leap back to Equestria, but a new threat is waiting for them back home. In the past, a simple unicorn named Beast realizes his true power.

Episode 21: Queens of Darkness:
Plot: Cruella De Vil has appeared on the outskirts of Ponyville and she is joined by Maleficent and Ursula. Reunions are short in Ponyville as the threat from the trio of darkness looms over everypony. In the past, Megan helps Molly with her nightmares.

Episode 22: Power Struggle:
Plot: The Queens of Darkness face their own inner tensions as they prepare to face off against the Princesses. Discord's fear is quickly noticed by the others. In the past, three sisters fight over Beast the unicorn.

Episode 23: Enter the Madness:
Plot: Everything goes south as the trio begins their attack on Ponyville. Discord accepts to face his darkest demons. In the past, Sunset grows interested in powerful creatures.

Episode 24: Mother Knows Best:
Plot: Discord reunites with his mother Cruella De Vil after thousands of years, but the reunion is anything but sweet. Meanwhile, Ursula makes a deadly mistake. In the past, Cruella finds herself with a draconequus for a child.
